How to Exhibit

OTC Brasil 2013  ::  8-10 October 2013  ::  Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

To secure your exhibit space for OTC Brasil 2013, please complete the questionnaire below indicating to the OTC Brasil team where you would like to be located on the floor plan and how much space you are interested in.  Please send this form to info@otcbrasil.org or fax it to +1 281 491 5902.  Please call +1 281 491 5908 with any questions or concerns. 

2013 exhibit locations will be determined by priority points.  Each exhibitor of OTC Brasil 2011 received their initial priority points which is based on the size of booth they obtained and when they joined the exhibition.  We will follow this order in determining where each exhibitor will be located.  If you turn in the below form prior to October 31, 2011, you will receive an extra 10% increase in priority points to help increase your chances of receiving the location you prefer.  We have included the OTC Brasil 2011 floor plans in order to assist you in completing your application for 2013.
